The doctors at City Eye believe it is important to have a happy productive team to run the day-to-day business at our Howick and Symonds Street branches. A happy team is reflected in the work that they do and is passed on to the patients that we see and treat. To that end a teambuilding workshop was organised attended by the staff and doctors from both branches. John Mawdsley, leadership coach from Nexus Partners, lead us in a series of exercises designed to identify our key personality traits and understand the role they play in how we approach matters of both a both personal and professional nature.

It was helpful for the staff to see the different perspectives of each doctor and staff members and how it applies to the work environment. The teambuilding workshop was a unique opportunity to spend time together and learn about each other identifying ways in which we can continue to work well together.
